Technical & Sales Support

STI is committed to providing our customers with accurate and timely technical support to ensure that the customer will maximize the value of the products they purchase from STI. The successful implementation of this objective routinely involves personnel from a variety of groups within STI including sales, engineering and our laboratory facilities. All of these people are available to our customers, offering recommendations and assistance to address any technical issues that may arise with the use of our products. In addition, STI has access to an extensive database of relevant information from a variety of sources within the academic, industrial and governmental research communities.

Beyond our sales staff, there are a couple of very practical forms of support. One is the availability of our engineering staff to assist with issues related to successfully handling and storing our products. Another important asset is the availability of testing facilities. Each STI production location features a complete laboratory. In addition, STI maintains two central lab facilities featuring additional testing capabilities.

At STI our customers are encouraged to work with our personnel to benefit from our experience. Whether it is training seminars, silo designs, or test procedures, our goal is to provide our customers with solutions to whatever challenge may arise when using a STI product.
